How long before it ships

Transit time is only half the picture. This is how long it takes us to have your order ready to leave, before the carrier clock starts. Anything made or printed to your measurements takes longer, because it does not exist until you order it.

Wallpaper in stock 1–2 business days Rolls we hold at the showroom. Packed and handed to the carrier quickly.
Wallpaper on order 2–3 weeks Most European collections are brought in for your order. The mill prints in batches, which is also what keeps your rolls in one dye lot.
Murals in a standard size 2–3 weeks Panoramics that come in the sizes set by the brand. We confirm the size fits your wall before the order goes in.
Murals printed to your size 4–6 weeks Printed for your wall and nobody else's. We check your measurements with you before it goes to print, and once it is in production the size cannot be changed.
Curtains & window treatments 4–6 weeks Measured, cut and sewn in our atelier. Add the workshop turnaround here, and note whether motorized systems take longer.
Upholstery 4–6 weeks Reupholstery and custom pieces made in our atelier. Add the turnaround here.
Pillow Cover 1–2 weeks Cut and sewn to order in Puerto Rico. Add the workshop turnaround here.

Ordering more than one item? The whole order ships together once the slowest item is ready. Tell us at checkout if you would rather we split it and we will arrange that. If you are working to an install date, tell us the date and we will work backwards from it.

Pick up in store — Puerto Rico only

Free, and the fastest way to get your order. Choose Pickup at checkout instead of a shipping method. It is also the option we recommend for murals and large orders, where a courier box is more risk than it is worth.

  1. Select Pickup at checkout. No shipping charge is applied.
  2. We email you as soon as the order is ready. Do not come by before that email arrives.
  3. Come to the showroom during opening hours with the email and a photo ID.
  4. We can release the order to someone else. Reply to the confirmation email with their name.

How long we hold it
We’ll hold your order for up to 3 weeks.

How rates are worked out

We do not mark shipping up into a profit line. Rates come straight from the carrier at checkout, calculated on the real weight and dimensions of your order and the address it is going to, plus a small handling fee that covers packing materials and the trip to the counter.

Wallpaper rolls travel well. Murals ship in long tubes, and pillow covers ship folded. You will see the exact cost before you pay, with no surprises after.

Common questions

Can I pick up if I am not in Puerto Rico?

Pickup is only offered at our San Juan showroom, so it is a Puerto Rico option. If you are visiting the island and the timing works, you are welcome to use it. Choose Pickup at checkout and mention your dates in the order notes so we can tell you honestly whether the order will be ready in time.

Why does wallpaper take two to three weeks?

Most of what we carry is printed in Europe and brought in for your order rather than held in a warehouse. It is slower, and it is the reason your rolls arrive from a single dye lot instead of mismatched batches. Anything we hold in stock at the showroom ships in a day or two, and we will tell you which is which before you order.

Why do custom murals take longer?

A mural printed to your measurements is made for one wall and nobody else's, so it goes into a print run only after we have confirmed the size with you. Allow four to six weeks. A mural in one of the standard sizes is faster, at two to three weeks. If you are working to an install date, tell us the date before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.

Do you ship to the mainland United States?

Yes, and at domestic rates. Puerto Rico is part of the United States postal system, so there are no customs forms or import duties in either direction between the island and the mainland.

How is my order packed?

Rolls travel upright in a rigid box. Murals ship in a long tube so the panels are never creased. Pillow covers ship folded in a large envelope. If a package arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and send us the photos.

Can I have it delivered to my installer?

Of course. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout and put both names in the order notes so nobody signs for a box they were not expecting. Tell us the install date and we will flag anything that will not arrive in time. If you would rather we install it, we have our own crew and can quote that alongside the order.

What if I need to add to an order after it ships?

Contact us before you order anything more. On wallpaper especially, a second order can come from a different dye lot and the color will not match on the same wall. We will check whether we still hold stock from your batch first.
