Samples sent for client meetings, not one at a time. Tell us the scheme and we will pull options across brands so you present a direction rather than a single design.

Not a queue and not a form. Someone who remembers what you specified last time and can tell you in a minute whether something is in stock or coming from Europe.
Delivery on your install date
Tell us when it has to be on the wall and we work backwards. We will flag anything that will not arrive in time before you commit to a date with your client.

Roll counts, mural sizes, materials and lead times documented so your client, your contractor and your installer are all working from the same sheet.
Dye lot protection
We flag quantities before the order goes in and hold your batch details on file, so a mid-project reorder does not arrive in a different shade.

Your account is set up
Trade pricing is applied to your account and you get a direct contact. If you have a project running already, we can start on it while the paperwork finishes.
Specify and order
Send us the scheme, the room or just a photo. We come back with options, quantities and a delivery date you can put in front of your client.

Trade questions
Is there a fee or a minimum order?
No. There is no membership fee, no annual minimum and no obligation to order a certain amount. If a year goes by without an order, your account stays open.
How long does approval take?
One business day for most applications. If we need to ask you something, we will email rather than leave you waiting. Applications sent over a weekend are answered Monday.
Can I order samples for a client presentation?
Yes, and this is the part most people find useful. Tell us the room, the palette and the feeling you are after, and we will pull a set across brands rather than sending one design at a time.
Can you deliver straight to my client or the job site?
Yes. Enter the site or your client's address at checkout and put both names in the order notes so nobody signs for a box they were not expecting. Tell us the install date and we will confirm the timing works.
What about tax exemption on resale?
Add your answer here once you have confirmed how you handle resale certificates. Every jurisdiction treats this differently and it is worth stating your process precisely.
Do you work with clients outside Puerto Rico?
Yes. We ship across the mainland United States at domestic rates, with no customs or duties in either direction, and internationally through DHL Express and USPS. Trade pricing applies wherever you are based.
Can you recommend an installer?
We work with installers across the island and can put you in touch. If you already have your own crew, send them our installation guide. Everything we sell is non-woven and hangs paste-the-wall.
I am not a designer, but I am renovating several properties. Do I qualify?
Very likely. Property developers, landlords with a portfolio and general contractors all fit the programme. Apply and tell us what you are working on, and we will be straight with you either way.
